GRAND CHUTE – The Donald Driver Charity Softball Game will be postponed because of the coronavirus pandemic, organizers announced Wednesday, with a new date undetermined.

The game was scheduled for July 26 at Fox Cities Stadium and was to include a special Super Bowl championship reunion.

Tickets that have already been purchased will be valid for the rescheduled date. However, organizers said space will be limited due to social distancing restrictions and some ticket locations will have to be changed.

Fans can get a refund for their tickets by calling the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers ticket office at 920-733-4152 Monday through Friday between 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Organizers also said the Donald Driver bobble head production wasn’t finished before the pandemic, so spectators won't get them at the game. Instead, they'll get a pair of Donald Driver’s children’s books.

The game will raise money for the Donald Driver Foundation, which supports underprivileged children and families, health, wellness and safety and education and career development.
