Green Bay Packers' 46-foot Christmas tree decorated with more than 10,000 lights

A 46-foot evergreen tree was decorated with more than 10,000 lights in front of the Lambeau Field Atrium to celebrate the 2020 holiday season.

GREEN BAY – The Green Bay Packers' Christmas tree is up at Lambeau Field, but the usual festivities that go along with its unveiling were canceled.

The 46-foot evergreen is near the Robert E. Harlan Plaza along Lombardi Avenue on the north side of Lambeau Field.

A formal lighting ceremony and the usual holiday festivities in the Lambeau Field Atrium will not be held this year because of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The tree, decorated with more than 10,000 light bulbs, was donated by Jennifer Johnson of Green Bay and her family. The tree was put in place by Miron Construction Co. of Green Bay.

While the annual holiday festivities are on hold, the Packers' Titletown District is open to the public. The ice skating rink is open and the snow-tubing hill we be open later this year. Masks are required on Green Bay Packers property.
