Q: Blake Martinez tweeted after Sunday's victory over the Raiders that this is the most fun he has ever had on a team. Do you feel the same way? How fun is it to come to work these days?

Jones: It's a lot of fun. We're a band of brothers. You see the defense, they did their "Remember the Titans" (move against the Raiders). If you were to look to the sidelines, offensive players were doing it as well. So it's just one big family. We're all happy for each other. We feed off each other's energy, and we all want to see each other succeed.

Q: The Packers finished below .500 in your first two seasons in the league. This season, you've already equaled last year's win total of six victories. What's the difference? Why the turnaround?

Jones: I would say it's a little bit of everything. With the free agent acquisitions, you do get some leaders come in. It's just a whole different chemistry when you get different guys in there. New coaching staff, they bring a whole new energy, as well. So I feel like it's just a little bit of everything. Guys all have that same common goal. We all want to win a Super Bowl at the end of the day.

Q: You've won by running the ball. You've won by passing the ball. How would you describe your offensive identity?

Jones: I feel like we can be whatever we need to be. If we need to run the ball, we can run the ball. If we need to pass the ball, we can pass the ball. Just not one-sided. We're staying balanced, and that's what we need to be.

Q: Adjectives like "scary" and "terrifying" were used by some observers in describing the potential of your offense following Sunday's performance against the Raiders - a game that saw you finish with 481 total yards and Aaron Rodgers tally a perfect 158.3 passer rating behind five touchdown passes and 429 passing yards. What word would you use to describe the potential of your ever-evolving offense?

Jones: I would definitely say scary. You add (No.) 17 (Davante Adams) back into that mix, and that's a special weapon. The No. 1 receiver in the league if you ask me. That's definitely scary for any team. ... It's a lot more to go (on offense). We're still making mistakes out there, a lot we can clean up. But we're going to continue to get better. And like I said, it's going to be a lot of fun.

Q: The defense has proven to be a bend-but-don't-break unit so far this season. You've given up yards but also have come through with key red zone stops, turnovers and sacks. How much more improvement and growth do you see coming from that side of the ball as you approach the midpoint of the season?

Adams: Honestly, we've put some good film out there, but we have also put some bad (film out there). A lot of the things (are) just mental errors here and there, just like everybody. It's something that can be fixed. That's the good thing. Like how good we're playing right now and we fix those other little things, the sky's the limit.
